Julie is a Registered Physiotherapist who has been working in private practice orthopaedics since 2001. She graduated from the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy.

Julie believes in life-long learning and has furthered her training by taking post-graduate courses in Advanced Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy, Acupuncture, Trigger Point Dry Needling, Mulligan Concept, McKenzie Technique as well as numerous others.

She speaks both Official languages and would be happy to deliver treatment in either French or English.  Julie is available on Monday and Wednesday from 8:30AM - 2:00PM.

With over 20 years of Orthopaedic Physiotherapy experience, Colleen brings extensive knowledge and an engaging enthusiasm for patient care to our clinic. She has advanced training in manual therapy, biomechanical assessment, exercise prescription, acupuncture, and trigger point dry needling. Her treatment philosophy is based on identifying underlying dysfunctions that may be contributing to the presenting problem… so don’t be surprised if she looks at your neck and shoulder areas when you present with elbow pain :)

Colleen is the owner and clinical director of Eagleson Place Physiotherapy. She graduated from McGill University in 1992 and worked in a variety of clinical settings including National Defence Medical Centre, Montfort Hospital, and Renfrew Victoria Hospital, before opening her own practice in Ottawa in 1997. She considers herself to be very fortunate to spend her days with such a wonderful group of associates, staff, and patients….and she loves her work!

CATHERINE IS AVAILABLE AT EAGLESON PLACE PHYSIOTHERAPY ON TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS ANDAT BRIDLEWOOD MEDICAL CENTRE PHYSIOTHERAPY ON MONDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS

Catherine Lagassé Holden is a registered physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Ottawa in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiotherapy. She has been working in private practice since graduating and joined Eagleson Place Physiotherapy team in 2012.

Hands-on therapy, exercise and education are very important aspects in Catherine’s daily practice. Her post-graduate studies reflect this philosophy with courses in Orthopedic Manual and Manipulative Therapy, Myofascial release, Acupuncture, and Sarhman exercise prescription, to name a few.

Catherine is bilingual in both French and English. She is also a very active individual with special interests in both ball hockey and ice hockey.

JENNA IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE AT EAGLESON PLACE PHYSIOTHERAPY

Jenna has been working with Bridlewood Medical Centre Physiotherapy since 2005.  Jenna graduated from Dalhousie University in 1996 with a degree in physiotherapy.  She also has a bachelor of physical education (Sports Science) from the University of New Brunswick (1993).  Jenna has a very strong background in treating sports injuries as she worked at a sports therapy clinic for 8 years.  Jenna is a versatile therapist with expertise in manual therapy, craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation and acupuncture.  She continues to take courses and further her knowledge in these and related areas in order to provide the highest quality of care.

Jenna is interested in many sports and has competed at the national level in soccer representing New Brunswick.  She is an avid golfer, curler, mountain biker and enjoys many other sports.   Jenna’s new interests include yoga and Aryuveda.  Jenna is also the proud mom of two very active children.    Jenna is constantly seeking new and better ways to treat and improve the health of her clients.  Jenna is fluent in both English and French and would be happy to provide you with treatment in either language.  She is available at Eagleson Place Physiotherapy Monday - Friday from 6:30AM - 12:00PM.

Jenna graduated in 2011 from Queen’s University with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy. She has taken a variety of post graduate courses, including AFCI Acupuncture, Mulligan Concept, McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy A & B, Mastering the Shoulder Complex, Explain Pain, Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) and taping. She has also advanced her manual therapy skills by completing post-graduate training in Levels 1, 2 and Level 3 lower quadrant in Advanced Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy. Her treatment approach is focused around manual therapy and functional exercise. She enjoys working with all ages and a variety of orthopaedic injuries.

Jenna is passionate about fitness and strives to assist  her clients to return to an active lifestyle and achieve their goals.  In her spare time, she enjoys cycling, yoga and playing beach volleyball. She is also loves cooking and playing/writing music.

Nadia graduated from Laval University in 1997 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy.  She has worked in private practice and hospital settings across Canada throughout her career, as her husband served with the Canadian Forces.

Nadia’s goal is to achieve, with the involvement of her client, their optimal recovery.  She is continuing her training by taking post-graduate courses in Functional Dry Needling, Manual Therapy, Running Injuries, and Connect Therapy and has extensive experience in exercise prescription and bio-mechanical assessment.

Nadia speaks English and French and works on Tuesday and Thursday from 12-8pm. In her leisure time, you can find Nadia enjoying the different trails and pathways surrounding the Ottawa region, embracing all of the wonderful activities that our area has to offer.
